Dino Daddona was named President and Chief Financial Officer of Tiny Tots Sports Inc. in December 2002. He is directly responsible for the financial and operational-planning process for the company, directing all budgeting, profit and loss planning, talent negotiations and business acquisitions. In addition, Daddona oversees a formal system of analyzing, improving and controlling all Tiny Tot Sports business processes to produce quantifiable results in terms of revenue growth, operating costs and efficiency. He reports directly to the Chairman of Tiny Tot Sports.

In addition to his role with Tiny Tots Sports, Daddona is concurrently the President and Director of Global Financial Group, a private lending company. He has held that title since 2000.

Daddona has held various financial positions over the past 10 years, including Manager and Controller of Shepherd Hills Country Club in Allentown, Pennsylvania; Director of Rainbow Cablevision, a multi-million dollar cable provider in Trinidad and Tobago; and President and Director of Hampton Homes, a residential and real estate development corporation.

Daddona has always been active in sports, playing baseball, basketball and football during his youth and golf as an adult. Having two daughters and two sons, he knows the value and benefits of sports for girls and boys alike, and he adds an important perspective to the development of Tiny Tot Sports.

Daddona graduated with dual degrees in finance and accounting and real estate from DeSales University in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He lives in Allentown with his wife Michelle and their four children.
