Jack Daddona, Jr., was named President of Sales and Marketing at Tiny Tot Sports Inc. in December 2002. He is responsible for a full range of domestic and international sales and marketing initiatives, trade advertising, promotional partnerships and advertising alliances. He also directs the company's video sales and distribution; retail sales and distribution; Internet marketing and sales; branding; public relations; and advertising. He reports directly to the Chairman of Tiny Tot Sports.

In addition to his role with Tiny Tot Sports, Daddona concurrently serves as the President of Outsourcing Specialists, a brokerage firm designed to assist the call-center and fulfillment industry. Since the inception of Outsourcing Specialists in 2001, Daddona has developed multi-million dollar contracts representing more than 100 vendors worldwide.

Prior to Outsourcing Specialists and Tiny Tot Sports, Daddona worked with hundreds of children as a psychotherapist at Valley Youth House, a non-profit agency in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania, from 1996 to 1999. Since 1995, Daddona, who holds a master's degree in sports psychology, has also served as a sports-psychology consultant for numerous professional athletes, including a golfer on the PGA tour, a National Football League player and a Major League Baseball player.

Daddona's enthusiasm for Tiny Tot Sports comes from the passion and love of sports he developed as a child participating in baseball, basketball, football and golf. His experience teaching his own sons has played an important role in Tiny Tot Sports.

Daddona has been a guest on numerous national television programs including the Fox News Channels' Fox & Friends and NBC News' Today-Weekend Edition, where he discussed the videos and the importance of health and fitness for children. In 2005, Daddona was named to the National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals.

Tiny Tot Sports' videos, the pioneering toddler and baby sports videos, have been honored by The Dove Foundation Seal of Approval, named Best Vacation Toy by Dr. Toy, and given the Preferred Choice Award in Creative Child Magazine's Creative Toy Awards. The videos have received positive reviews nationwide from more than 400 media outlets, including ESPN, The Fox News Channels morning program Fox & Friends, NBC News' Today-Weekend Edition, the Boston Herald, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, the San Diego Press Enterprise, and Better Health and Living magazine.

Daddona is a 1993 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and lettered in varsity football. He earned his master's degree from Springfield College in 1995.
